responsibilities: - lead apac hr lifecycle team to respond to the daily operation work of the employee lifecycle including employee onboarding, off-boarding, job status change, on-call, mobility, etc ensure related work delivery is timely and accurate. - supports the implementation of hr shared service center construction in apac, centralized key hr processes to the regional center, meanwhile providing necessary front desk service to achieve high quality, efficiency, and outstanding experience service to business and employees. - lead lifecycle relevant projects from global/regional/country level to improve operation qualities, efficiency and employee experience to achieve hrop global yearly target. like internal employee communication, data quality checking and compliance work, cultural and operational transformation at scale, design company policies and procedures, - maintain good partnerships with geographically distributed hrbps, ta, admin, cbp and other hr team members. partners with hrbp teams to execute certain strategies that support business needs. partners with coes to identify, develop and execute learning and training services and programs that support business needs. - identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results. - exercise independent judgment and discretion do determine appropriate actions or solutions to problems. provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve a learning organization. the team may be requested to take care and support other matters.
